KeyuanXinhai LogisticsCenter has set up in Beijing a 12000-square-meter modern logistics storage warehouse in compliance with GSP management requirement, in which there is a 3500-square-meter modern refrigerated warehouse well equipped with thermo-control and warning facilities. In addition to that, a nearly-2000-square-meter warehouse at Comprehensive Bonded Area of Capital International Airport. All types of cold storages have passed various compliance tests, such as those of Merck Inc and Wyeth Inc, and the key technical data have met the relevant requirements of American GMP, far more above the China’s domestic GSP requirements. All warehousing areas have been installed with closed-circuit and infrared ray monitors as well as strict temperature and humidity alarming system for refrigerated areas. The largest capacity and the most advanced design and operation for each DC have been attained in the field of cold storage among China’s domestic medicine supply industry so that safety of commodities can be secured in circulation links.

Intra-city Distribution

Currently our company has more than 60 professional delivery team and over 30 various types of delivery vehicles, including 3 3-tonnage specialized refrigerator cars. All work is done through real time dispatch system in the assist of GPS, and real-time thermo-monitoring service has been offered in the course of cold chain distribution. We not only offer delivery service for various hospitals but also extend the distribution of peritoneal dialysis solutions and vaccines to communities and patients in Beijing. So far in Beijing our distribution network has covered over 1500 routine delivery outlets.

Data Center

As the division dealing with the management of orders and service in KeyuanXinhai’s business contract with its clients, DataCenter indeed works as the center for the whole logistical operation. Supported by the SAP and WMS system, the center can accurately and efficiently transfer the business orders to respective operation instruction received by storage and distribution branches, and it is also at real time capable of tracing performance of the whole order flow”. The center will respond to any client’s telephone inquiry with an enthusiastic, professional and patient reply.

National-wide Distribution

Outgoing distribution of KeyuanXinhai LogisticsCenter is carried out with reference to the SCOR mode, and we have established a long-term cooperation and win-win relations with various carriers home and abroad.

In the constant pursuit of more scientific distribution control system, we incorporated transport track and feedback system of the service suppliers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods. Transportation mode varies according to different needs of the clients. The products cover transportation of common medicines, cold chain medicines and medical apparatus & instruments.
